Cancellation policy and Refund Policy

Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

 

Important Terms

Disclosed rates are quoted in US Dollars, per person basis and subject to change without prior notice.

This package is applicable for minimum of 2 adults travelling together.

Child Policy: 2 years old and below - Infant / 3 - 11 years old - Child / 12 years old and above - Adult.

One (1) Child or one (1) Infant sharing a room with only one (1) adult will be charged as an adult.

Single Supplement, Triple Sharing or extra bed request is subject to availability and on request.

Package is applicable for Philippine Passport Holders only with valid VISA (if required). All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality. Failure to advise/ inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charge to the account of the agent.

All bookings are subject to advance reservation and room space availability upon confirmation. Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE and CLOSED OUT PERIODS during embargo, high and peak days.

Failure to pay by the dateline set on our official confirmation will result in AUTO-RELEASE of all confirmed services.

Any re-instatement of booking will be subject to space availability.

Hotel Standard Check in time is at 1400h and standard check out time is 1200h.

Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatic charge one (1) night.

All rates are based on the lowest category of rooms. Additional charge shall be collected for room upgrade request, Hence, bed configuration are subject to availability upon check in.

In case of non-availability of the preferred hotel, similar category will be offered.

Please be reminded that sneak in is not allowed as a standard rule. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking. Failure to comply will client's own risk for charges incur.

During out of the country travel, as a practice upon checking in to the hotel, pax is required to make an Incidental Deposit which is refundable on the date of check out. Incidental deposit may vary depending on which hotel/hotel category they will be staying.

All passport and flight details of the passenger(s) must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.

There will be a corresponding surcharge for transfer services if the flight ticket is not similar on the mentioned airport terminals in each package.

All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis (unless specified).

We will no longer consider on-day/ last minute flight detail notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.

No seat in coach available for the flight landed after 2100 hrs or between 2200 hrs to 0800 hrs. Waiting time is maximum of 1 hour after the flight landed. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement and no refund for the transfer fee.

For any flight change without at least 24 hours notice given, applicable surcharge penalty shall be applied for re-arrangement of SIC transfer.

Only one (01) baggage (standard size) is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and the transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests, additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage. Driver has absolutely the right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage.

Please remind the guest(s) that they should be in the lobby on time for the city tour pick up. Waiting time is maximum of 15 minutes only. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat-in-coach resulting to their failure to join city tour and no special transfer will be provided.

Please take note that each of the country has its transportation law. Passengers must wear seatbelts during transfer and tour to avoid fine or penalty. This is for our guests' safety as well.

No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.

Confirmed packages are non-rebookable and non-transferrable especially to the pax who didn't pass the immigration in International Airport.

In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by suppliers.
